Package came with fence but no rails…..twice. I was told the rails were somewhere in the box???? Still waiting for the refund. Bought the whole system at Lowes for $20 cheaper. Rails were in that box. First time I have had a problem w/amazon, customer service is hard to deal with to be polite. Fence and rail system is great, but you need the rails, amazon needs to know what they are selling.

After reading all the reviews, decided to try it knowing I would have to modify in some form. Have an older (’70′s) Craftsman 10″ table saw, one hole of each angle could be used mounting to the saw. But, drilling additional bolt holes was not a problem. Additionally with the Craftsman pressed steel extensions the corner irons under the extensions have to be removed due to the round head bolts originally installed on the saw (the T30 angles won’t sit flush if not removerd). Or you have to drill and countersink holes through the new angles, to match original holes of the steel extensions. I elected to remove the corner irons and round heads, then bolt up using the holes as supplied with the T30. As I don’t do a lot of full sheet ripping I don’t forsee having issues with extensions. But, knowing I can go back and re-install if need, I marked the angles to be able to drill and countersink later.

I had to adjust the adhesive backed tape to line up @ 0.0 correctly. Use a hot air gun on one end and a chisel to lift the end of the tape. then with steady pulling pressure it came right up. I repositioned where needed and then using a formica pressure roller, re-set the tape. Haven’t had any problems with it to date. Still down and no curling occured.

So as some of the reviews eluded to an hour +/- to install, mine was 3 to 3-1/2 hours. Dut to additional test fitting, marking and drilling.

Worth it – YES!! The T30 adds so much to the saw. I will be able to hand this saw down to my grandson now.

Intimidating – no, just take your time. I think it’s worth it.

This fence and rail system is just what I hoped it would be. First off it is so nice to have a system that is very easy to adjust and set up. It is very nice to have a unit that does not have to be double checked with a tape for every cut.

I mounted it on an old Ridgid contractors saw. The improvement is as if I have a brand new saw. My saw is a dream to use with the Delta 36 T30 T2 system, and much easier on the pocket book than the Biesemeyer unit.

The materials and workmanship are superb in my opinion.

this was an upgrade too my old craftsman table saw. I would have to say after mounting it to the saw that it performs great. This makes cutting large boards a pleasure. Why did I have to wait so long in obtaining this great upgrade.. well worth the money spent.

I am very happy with the quality of the fence and adaptability to an old Craftsman saw. Later, I found out that I could have bought the fence for $30 less at the local lumber yard.
